If you are willing to spend one hour each week with Jesus who is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament,

your name, phone number, what day and time you would be willing to make a holy hour,
and if you are interested in being a sub when available.
Jesus, I believe that you are truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
I thank You for twelve years of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration in our Parish family.
I ask for the grace to be called to make a weekly Holy Hour if this be Your will for me at this time in my life.
Please help me to know if you are calling me to commit myself to a weekly Holy Hour or to be a sub when others need a replacement.
I open myself to Your will, and I desire the grace to spend an hour with you weekly.
